Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Upon making a reservation, we require
a 50% deposit to hold your requested date(s). Mastercard/Visa
or personal checks are accepted. If you cancel 60 days prior
to your arrival date, you will receive a full refund of your
deposit less $100.00. If you cancel within 45 days prior to your
arrival date, you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel within
30 days of your arrival date, you will be responsible for the
full amount of your stay. Special situations & emergencies can
and will be taken into consideration. Deposits may
be applied to a later date.
